I like Aqua Breeze because it was walking distance to the Boardwalk, very convenient. I didn't expect it to be "Hilton" but it was a good place to spend the night. The parking was free and after you check out, they offer parking for $10. $2 less than the parking lot in the front and you can go in and out as you please. A good advice to give is...bring your own toiletries, flatware, cups, plates and towels. Food is not a problem, it's everywhere at the Boardwalk.

Although we liked Aqua Breeze, there are some things that we would like to share. 1. My feet stumbled into a couple of big holes under the carpet. You can't see it because of the carpet. The holes were not deep enough to cause any damage but hopefully, they can look into this. 2. The towels leaves a lot of lint on the skin. We did not like it! Thankfully, I brought a towel from home. 3. We were a little disappointed that there were no coffee available a little after 10 am. Instead of offering to make a new batch for me and my husband, the lady said, "Sorry, you are late!". This was the younger front desk lady, Kamal and the older lady were warm and nice when I talked to them but not this one. They need to realize that good customer service is critical to encourage customers to come back. A little thing like "making a new batch of coffee" can go a long way. They have to understand that families come a long way from home to experience what they have to offer. And if they fail at customer service...everything else fails! Honestly, we may or may not stay there again but...I don't mind giving them another chance.
